The JH-RS8040-48X Juice Continuous Membrane Concentration System is a high-efficiency, low-energy consumption, room-temperature physical concentration system developed and designed by "Jiahe Filtration" through the introduction of nanofiltration membrane technology and reverse osmosis membrane technology (specifically for materials). It is used for the room-temperature physical concentration and dehydration of juice, enriching components and increasing sugar content. Membrane concentration is a room-temperature physical process that effectively protects the heat-sensitive components in juice. At the same time, membrane concentration is solely driven by electrical energy, with an energy cost of about 10 yuan per ton of water removed.

     The following equipment is applied in the production of a large domestic juice enterprise. It is designed to concentrate juice from 6 brix to 18 brix, processing 170 m3 of raw juice per day, concentrating it threefold and removing 110 m3 of water. This saves the enterprise approximately 27,500 yuan in energy costs daily, while the room-temperature membrane concentration effectively ensures the quality of the juice.
